Here are some of the smoothies that makes your skin golden glow:
Avocado and Mango Smoothie
Take a cup of water, add peeled orange, baby spinach, half ripen avocado, pineapple slices and finally add some mango slices. Blend all together and drink it at-least once in two days.
Blueberry Smoothie
Take a cup of coconut water, add baby spinach, add half Williams’s pear, blueberries, squeeze few drops of lemon juice and add lemon zest. Blend all the ingredients and make a smoothie and drink once in a week.

Carrot Smoothie
Take a cup of baby spinach, carrot or apple, little cinnamon powder and pumpkin spice. Take all the ingredient without adding cinnamon powder and pumpkin spice. Add these two ingredients finally and drink.
Cucumber Smoothie
Take a cup of coconut water, add a half cup of almond milk, sliced cucumber, Williams’s pear fruit, and fresh mint. Blend all together adding some ice cubes or you can even replace coconut water with coconut milk and shredded coconut to add more flavor and taste.
Pumpkin Smoothie
Take two cups of unsweetened almond milk, baby spinach, Williams’s pear fruit, half banana, pumpkin pulp, blend all together in a blender and make a fresh smoothie.
Raspberry Smoothie
Take a cup of coconut water, baby spinach, few raspberries, lavender leaves, and one tablespoon of resveratrol and add some ice cubes. Blend it all together to make a smoothie.
Watermelon Smoothie
Take a cup of coconut water, add some cucumber slices, watermelon pulps without seeds, and add ice cubes blend all together to make a healthy smoothie.
Kale Smoothie
Take two cups of kale fruit, add baby spinach, pears fruit, cucumber slices and blend well. Finally, squeeze few drops of lemon juice after blending.
Mint Cucumber Smoothie
Take few mint leaves and cucumber slices, add baby spinach, fuji apple, and add little coconut water and blend all together and make a smoothie.
Peach Smoothie
Take one cup of kale fruit, add some baby spinach, freshly grated ginger, peach fruit and blend together and finally add coconut water and give a blend.
Pumpkin Smoothie
Take unsweetened almond milk, add banana slices, Williams’s pear fruit, pumpkin puree, few grated ginger, and add some ice cubes to make a smoothie.

Take any banana of your favorite and make slices and add it to a blender, add green or red apple and carrot in it. Blend nicely to have a healthy smoothie.
