Director Shankar has said that the graphics team involved in 2.0 movie project has told their completion date, accordingly the movie will get released on November 29, 2018, Shankar said.
In this movie Amy Jackson has paired with Rajinikanth in the lead role, Akshay Kumar as villain and music composed by A.R.Rahman.
This year Diwali is on November 6th and there were expectations from the fans for the movie’s release on Diwali. To clear any assumption, the team has announced the date much in advance as the movie will only release post Diwali of this year.
2.0 movie’s shoot was commenced about two years back. Though the majority of the film shoot was completed in an year, graphics work have been going on for about a year by leading graphic artists in the world in different countries.
This movie is releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada & Hindi. In English, 2.0 is releasing with a name change in the title.
