Banana Flower 65 – Healthy & Tasty Snacks Recipe for Kids!

Banana flower contains more vitamins and minerals. It grows from the end of the bunch of bananas. It contains Vitamin A and Vitamin C which helps to reduce pain. Even you can prepare noodles and soup on this. Ingredients You Need

  • Banana Flower – 1 No
  • Chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Rice flour – 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour -3 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Thick curd -100 ml
  • Salt – As required
  • Oil – For deep fry

Preparation Method

  1. Take the banana flower and remove the center vein from the each individual flower.
  2. Take a bowl and add chilli powder, rice flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, and thick curd and finally, add salt.
  3. Mix well and add the banana flower to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
  4. Keep the mixture for around 20 minutes.
  5. Once it is done, take pan pour oil and start frying the banana flower little by little until it turns crispy.
  6. Serve hot with sauce.
