Ice creams are always the favorite item for kids and as well as for adults. Let us see how to prepare the healthy, delicious ice cream using avocado with coconut milk. It has good and healthy fats and calories to fuel your-self.
- Ripe avocado
- Vanilla essence
- Freshly squeezed lime juice
- Honey or maple syrup
- Coconut milk
Take avocado and remove the skin and cut into small pieces and keep it aside.
Take the blender and add cut avocado’s and blend till it gets a smooth effect.
Then add few drops of freshly squeezed lime juice, honey and coconut milk.
You can transfer it to the ice cream bowl and refrigerate it for 2-5 hours.
Decorate it with cashew nuts and almonds if you wish on the top.
